The Company shall not be responsible for failure to deliver or delay in supply goods either in parts or in full due to acts of God, War, Revolution, Embargo, Riots, Civil or Political Disturbances, Strikes, Lockouts, Stoppage, Shortage of raw materials, and/or Labour at the company’s works, Force Majeure other causes beyond the control of company. Such failure /delay shall not entitle the buyers to cancel the contracts nor will the company be liable to make good any damage including consequential damage, arising from such failure to deliver, or delay in supply.

• CONSIGNMENT

All Consignments are forwarded at buyer’s risk. No claims for shortages in supplies or other complaints regarding delivery will be entertained unless the company is notified thereof within seven days from receipt of the goods.

• WARRANTY

Warranty shall be exercised by way of repair or replacement of the goods as per the warranty policy defined by the company and no deviation shall be permitted against the same. In case of refund, a credit note shall be issued which can be availed by the buyer in their next order.

• JURISDICTION

All suits arising between the company on the one hand and the other parties shall be instituted in the appropriate court in the city of New Delhi, and the jurisdiction of all other courts is specifically excluded.
